Mentre il mondo intero segue con apprensione l’evoluzione della guerra in Ucraina, altre crisi e altri conflitti “invisibili” proseguono… anche in Africa. Queste immagini arrivano da Khartoum, capitale del Sudan, dove venerdì, per l’ennesima volta, la gente è scesa in piazza a per protestare contro la repressione del governo militare, giunto al potere lo scorso ottobre quando un golpe ha deposto l’ex premier Abdallah Hamdok, mettendo al comando il capo dell’esercito Abdel Fattah al-Burhan. Almeno 81 manifestanti sono stati uccisi nella repressione seguita alle proteste. I manifestanti chiedono l’intervento della comunità internazionale per porre fine alla scia di sangue e ripristinare le libertà democratiche. Ma la loro battaglia, la loro richiesta di aiuto, è stata finora inascoltata dalla diplomazia e ignorata dai grandi media. Lontano dai riflettori, il Sudan scivola in una dittatura sempre più sanguinosa.
